The simple numbers - "54% of business schools require a course in environmental sustainability or corporate social responsibility, up from 34% in 2001" according to an article in the LA Times.
In most courses the focus seems to be on emmissions trading and climate change level environmentalism rather than more ground level recycling and basic practice.
A step in the right direction? Or a fashionable fad? I rather think the former.
Some wider searches turn up a gew interesting articles and college pages:
Green technology finds its way to MBA curriculum, India times coverage of a similar theme.
The Sustainable MBA, Greenbiz comment on same story in a much wider context, an interesting read.
Marlboro Launches MBA In Managing For Sustainability, a very specific MBA for environmentally focused students. From the prospectus "The two-year master of business administration program takes a socially and environmentally responsible approach toward business management, teaching students to look at the “triple-bottom-line” of people, planet and profits."

INSEAD: Dual campus at 85,000EURO
The first couple of lines of any prospectus are always the most important. In this case we have
"As one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools, INSEAD brings together people, cultures and ideas from around the world to change livBlogger: Business School Guide - Create Postes and transform organizations."
So far so vague. Where are the numbers?
"Currently, at the school’s two comprehensive and fully connected campuses in Asia (Singapore) and Europe (France), 143 renowned faculty members from 31 countries inspire more than 880 MBA participants, 56 Executive MBAs, over 7000 Executives and 64 PhD candidates."
Now, Singapore and France is interesting. The global experience is promised by almost every MBA out there, here it looks like they can deliver.
Offering an MBA and an Executive MBA the flexibility seems substantial, though fees of 85,000 Euro are significant. Fitting in the dual campus framework will be challenging for some also.
